101 Bracelets!!!

Can you believe that in this short few weeks that we were invited to help our New York 5B Classmates, that YOU made 101 (I think Tyler is bringing 1 in on Wednesday = 102) friendship bracelets?

That is truly an amazing task and accomplishment!  Many of you put your heart and soul into making these.  You can tell what amazing friendship qualities each of you have by your efforts!



I'd like for us to take a picture of us with these bracelets on our wrists (without breaking them) to send with the envelope to New York on Wednesday.  So, that will be your blog proof.  Come straight in and quickly take 5 bracelets from the container.  Put them on your wrist/arm and get ready to pose! NO TALKING... Just stay frozen in a pose!  That will be the real proof!

Best of luck for band people!  It sounded great during the mini concert today. I'm so proud of all of your determination!  Love seeing you shine in other areas outside of the classroom subjects!

Don't forget to bring in DIMES for Wednesday!  5B is AHEAD of the whole elementary so far with the number of pennies brought in!!!!   The nickels were not added as of yesterday, but I'm thinking that we may need to try even harder with the dimes and quarters!  I heard the other 5th grades had LOTS of nickels today.  I've got a stack of dimes ready to add Wednesday!

Ok, that's enough for tonight!  Be sure to work on any make up science work or you'll need to do some recess time Wednesday.  Also, bring in any game materials for those board games!  Your ideas have been SOOOO CREATIVE!!
