Yep... Another Busy-Goofy Week Ahead!

Let's see... No snow this weekend... that's a good sign!  Hopefully, we'll just keep seeing tiny signs of spring through the next days, right?!  I think we're all quite ready for the snow to go buh-bye!

Last Friday was a blast with the trip to the Cadet Store, our Transition Kindergarten buddies visiting and the STEM afternoon sounded like it went well, too!  This week will definitely have some busy parts, too, but MOSTLY due to projects and skills we're focusing on in literacy with reading our biographies and writing some about classmates!

So... let's get our "game faces on"... and take care of business this week!  Class time will need to be used very wisely to get work done on time and be ready for PART 2 of our biography researching! 5B, has been so impressive (You know it...mmhhmmm...) with all of the interesting facts you're learning about the person you chose to research.  We don't realize how interesting people's lives are until... you LEARN about them! Huh? Who woulda' thunk it?  Heheheheee!

Homework Reminders...
Math:  Be sure you have your math done if you are in Groups A or B... that has been on the planner since Tuesday, I think.

Literacy:  Reading for biography was an option.  Also, you did NOT have to write in your Writing Journal for Friday unless you chose to.

Social Studies:  I don't believe there was any homework??

Homeroom:  Don't forget to return the Volunteer/Chaperone note for the Science Museum trip AND if you are interested in the Be Your Own Boss Camp.  Get that in soon...

Blog Proof...  I'll know you checked the blog if you come in start doing the bunny hop.  Don't stop until I say, "Does the bunny need a carrot?"  If I say anything else, just keep dancing.  Here's a quick video below of the Bunny Hop steps if you don't know it!  It's been around a LONGGGGGGG time!  (It's getting closer to Easter...we have to have a little fun with it, right?!)
